- Do I have to be home for you to organize me?
No you don't!
As long as we have all your paperwork and we know your expectations, we can take care of the whole project. We will make sure to secure your home and your belongings and send you pictures before we leave.
- What happens to my donations?
Your donations will be boxed up for you to go through at your leisure. When you're ready we will pick them up for a flat $35 fee, and take them to be donated. We will even grab a receipt for your taxes if the location offers that.
- What if my project is just a closet?
We can handle any project, no matter the size. Whether its a closet or a whole house, we've got you covered. There is no commitment at any time to continue, if you decide to take a break for a while we can accommodate you and come back when you are ready to begin again.
- How does the billing work?
If you are doing one session only, you will be expected to pay at the end of that session. If you are doing ongoing sessions, you will be required to have a credit card on file and you will be billed within 24 hours of your session ending. You will also be billed at that time for travel time outside of the 5 mile radius of our location, plus any other expenses like materials, storage containers or removal of donations.
